how to remove one record off Marketing Suspend?

Hi,

we have one record that needs to be removed from Marketing Suspend.  The lead info tab in the database has that field grayed out. Is there another way to move someone of off Marketing Suspend?  or do I need to run a smart campaign to move this one record off the Marketing Suspend?

Hi Niti,

It sounds like your Marketing Suspended field has field updates blocked. You will want to go into Admin -> Field Management -> Marketing Suspended -> Field Options dropdown -> Block Field Updates and then uncheck the Person Update Detail box. That should work and then you can manually update the field.

You will want to run them through a smart campaign/flow: Change Data Value: Marketing Suspended: False

Or access their lead record directly and deselect the Marketing Suspended field.

That field is blocked off/grayed out so that’s why I was asking the question in the first place.

Ah, didn’t read closely enough in your original question. Odd that it’s grayed out - wonder if it’s an access/rights issue.

I was thinking the same thing - I am guessing it is permissions issues.

But, the alternative I gave will work!
