Leads falling into multiple segments - how to set up email?

We are trying to send an email that lists multple values - username, password, etc. We have fields set up for these, however, people have multiple fields populated so using segmentation won't work since they fall into multiple segments. Is there a way to build out our email so there aren't big line breaks for those that don't fall into multiple segments? We are trying to use tokens but formatting isn't working well.

For example:
Lead 1:
UsernameA = True
UsernameB = True
UsernameC = True
Lead 2:
UsernameA = True
UsernameB = False
UsernameC = False

You might try email scripting.

I would avoid sending passwords through email though.

I also haven't seen a situation where you would send 3 usernames in one email. Maybe you can help us by describing exactly what you want to have happen from the user perspective.
