Lead Alert Email With Formatted Lead Info

Hi,
I'm new to Marketo and in the process of setting up a Leader Alert email when someone fills out a form on our website. The alert works but the alert email only show the field value without the labels. How do I add the field labels and values together as in

First Name: Curious
Last Name: George
Company: PBS
...

instead of the plain text below? Any help would be appreciated!

Actor

george@pbs.com

Your email should look something like this:

Name: {{lead.Full Name:default=edit me}}

Company: {{company.Company Name:default=edit me}}
Email Address: {{lead.Email Address:default=edit me}}

Hi Man,

You just need to put the field name & the token (also the field value) in the email itself. For example:
First Name: TOKEN/Field Value
Last Name: TOKEN/Field Value
Title: TOKEN/Field Value
Email: TOKEN/Field Value
Phone: TOKEN/Field Value
Company: TOKEN/Field Value

So when the alert get's generated, it will automatically pull in the tokens/field values.
