Hi,
Is there a way to create only one landing page for webinars, where we will list all upcoming webinars, but will have only one form for registration? The trick here is to be able to recognize different events fill outs with only one form.
How should we achieve this?
Thanks and best regards,
Ajay
So would the registrant select which webinars they want to attend from a checklist?
Hi, Jennifer
Either it is a checklist or a link to select the webinar. How should this work?
Best regards,
Ajay
You'd want to make each webinar its own Program and connect it to your Event Partner (ie: GoToWebinar). You'll also need to create separate fields for each webinar so you can include them as checkboxes on the form.
Then in each Program (let's call one of them "Webinar 1"), have a Smart Campaign that says:
Smart List:
Fills Out Form > Form IS [name of your form]
Webinar 1 = TRUE
Flow:
Change Program Status > Program IS Webinar 1 > New Status IS Registered
This will add them as registered in each webinar Program, as well as the Event Partner.
The only issue being they'd receive multiple confirmation emails (one for each Program).
Hi Ajay Sarpal,
You can do that in multiple ways. I would suggest some like
PS: Do run a test campaigns first before proceeding.
Hope this helps

How to Setup Recurring Webinars in Marketo - Marketing Rockstar Guides
Hi Ajay, we do this for our on-demand webinars. So we don't have the complexity of a live event (it's just access to the recording) or confirmation emails going out. The Master On-Demand form resides in Design Studio and is used on our website as a pop-up for every gated recording. Prospects must "Register" each time to get access to a recording but we've been able to select the option "If Known Visitor show custom HTML" which is a huge time saver for the prospect. I've added an extra step to our Webinar Program Template to update the on-demand trigger flow with the recording page referrer URL.
Might not be the right option for your program but thought I'd throw out another approach
