Is there a way use a specific date and time constraint? I know "Date of Activity" is there, but can it get more granular?

Is there a way to specify the "Date of Activity" constraint to include the specific time of activity?

For example, I need to send something to people that have visited a landing page on March 27 betweem 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM.

We use this sometimes as a proxy for if people took a desired action in this window of time. Also can be used to take corrective action when there is content errors like forgetting to update info on a form confirmation page.

Not sure, did you try Between and put in a time? I don't think this would work, but you could try something like

Visited Web Page: Date of Activity is March 27
AND
Visited Web Page: Date of Activity is Between: X and Yam
