Is there a way to 'undo' when making a landing page?

Only way to Undo is by discarding the draft just like Tara said above before approving the landing page. Once you approve a landing page the changes remain in effect and you will have to go back in and make the needed changes again.

I would recommend approving the page often.

That way if you make a mistake, you can discard your draft and revert back to the last approved version.
