Support was able to help us resolve this issue and we no longer have this problem. If anyone else continues to have an issue open up a ticket with support. They are quick in responding and resolving the issue.
Only way to Undo is by discarding the draft just like Tara said above before approving the landing page. Once you approve a landing page the changes remain in effect and you will have to go back in and make the needed changes again.
