Is it possible to create an analytics report on static lists?

Hello,

this is a message to all the Marketo Analytics Guru. I am currently running analytics on program performance to be able to compare multiple programs.

Is it possible to do the same at a list level? If not can we do that at a campaign level? My goal is to be able to compare 2 criteria within a program without having to manually capture the results.

Hi Cecile,

Do you have a mockup? Do you mean you want to see a list of Lists with related data points PER list?

I think the Campaign Performance Report (deprecated) could help, but I suspect what you want to do is only possible with RCE. Maybe you can show us a mockup in an excel table or something?

This is my report per program and I wanted to know if I could have a similar view with static lists that are within those programs.

This is actually something similar to what I'm looking into. I'm trying to figure out a report for how my lists are performing (maybe it's the same thing and my wording is just different?).

Have you had any luck?

I am in need of the same. Have you found anything as of current?

Make programs to store them as members instead of using them as static lists, and then you can report on this.

ahhhh I see - thank you!

How about when your reference the static list again, do you now manage them at the program level (referencing only the program member vs. the actual static list)?

Thanks again!

You can do it either way.

Right, but what would you recommend as most efficient?

The static list is probably more efficient to query, but I think it's pretty negligible.
