For the veterans, this might be a somewhat comedic "problem" inquiry.
But... our campaign queue has been receiving and emptying campaign activity almost instantly since Friday, but we cannot find discrepancies in # of objects synced or email activity, etc. Salesforce sync is still enabled and runs every 15 minutes or so.
This is not normally expected. There are a few campaigns that have always clogged up the queue. They are also still running as expected after monitoring smart campaign results, etc.
Looks like our server cluster hasn't changed, either.
Color me suspicious.

Accelerated campaign processing has been rolling out to customers starting this month so you're likely seeing the benefit
Seems like an odd thing to open a ticket for, but you could reach out to support just to see if there have been any changes, upgrades, etc from their end. They can help dig into what's causing the "problem"...hopefully you don't jinx yourself!
How do we know an instance has the ACP ?
There aren't any ways to tell in application but Support can identify for you. The London pods are all migrated already and US pods are rolling out now.
All my customers but one are on London pods.
