Integrating with our Analytics solution through Webhooks?

I'd like to track certain events, such as Opened Email, or Click Link in Email, to my analytics platform via Webhooks.  I'm wondering what's the best way to do this.

Currently, I have a Campaign where the Smart List is an Email Trigger (i.e. Open Email) - and I have the condition set to "Any".  This almost works for our use case *except* we don't have a way to retrieve the Email subject?  Is there a token for the Email subject?  Or is there a token for an event that was triggered?

Is there a better way?  I'd like to avoid having to add a webhook for every campaign I create.
