Import Direct Mail List w/no email

Good afternoon,

I need to import my direct mail list into a campain. However, we do not have email addresses for all of them. How do I get those names in that don't have email addresses?

Does it actually block you? I think if Salesforce is configured to allow blanks, we'll sync them into Marketo. Was thinking we might do something similar for list imports. 

Alternatively, you could try a placeholder email address as well.

Marketo will accept those leads, however, they will not dedupe (no email).

They may not sync to SFDC either if Email is required. Marketo usually does the placeholder [not provided], so it could work.
