Anyone ever experience this? I cannot seem to view or edit the text version of my html email. Usually when I click the text tab, the plain text version would show up and I can edit it, but I can't seem to do it with a campaign I created.
All I see is an empty editable area, with no text in it. I'm not sure why my plain text did not auto populate when I see the content in the HTML version.
Hi Josh, yes, I tried multiple times and had multiple users try as well with the same issue. It's just this one campaign that will not populate with copy in the text version. Very strange!
Is the copy from html button working?
In Email Settings, set it as a text only email and then go back and uncheck the text only. No idea if that will work but maybe it will "reset" the text portion.
About 2 hours later and it is magically working again. Seems to have been an isolated, temporary issue for this one campaign in my instance.
