We are currently using Marketo's unsubscribe link. What is the best way for me to test that this is working? We have received several email responses saying that the link does not work.

Send yourself an actual email via a send campaign, and see if the unsubscribe link that comes to you works.
Okay, thanks Dory. I will try that, but if I do unsubscribe myself, will I be able to make sure that I can be subscribed again? I don't want to permanently unsubscribe myself from receiving future email sends.
You can always update your record by changing preferences via your Lead Database record. You'll never be permanently unsubscribed.
