how to set the "to" field

How do you set the "to" field when sending an email blast? Worried my entire list will show up here.

There is nothing to fill in, Marketo handles this automatically per Kristen's comment.

Hi Liz, you have to create a smart list to include who you want to recieve the email blast - which is under new local asset.
