In email performance/email insights, is there a way to view how many and who forwarded my email to a friend? I can't seem to find it in my email performance report or email link performance report.
I know this info is in the person's activity log, but would be nice to see it in my campaign reporting.
Thanks
Danielle

Hi Danielle Chan,
This will only show the people who clicked the forward to a friend link in the email. If they are using a desktop client like Outlook they are probably more likely to just hit the forward button there which wont be recorded in that report. Just something to be aware of.
Hey Danielle,
Have you tried creating a smart list with the filer "Sent Forward to Friend Email"? We don't use the forward to a friend functionality so I can't confirm results, but I'm thinking this will show what you need.
Thanks!
Thanks Trevor!!

Hi Gerard, agreed on that. I was aware, but also very curious as to how many people actually click the forward to a friend button in the marketo email
Thank you for the reply!
So the email templates that I have been sending have the forward to a friend at the top of the footer section and the amount of times its used is almost non-existent. I guess its dependant upon the amount of attention you give it.
One thing that annoys me is that the words "Forward to a Friend" are hardcoded in the popup box. In a mainly B2B environment it would be better to have "Forward to a Colleague". I raised a ticket for it and added it as an idea many moons ago but its probably at the bottom of a backlog / priority list somewhere
That's a good idea, Gerard! I hope they do make things like that customizable. Thank you for mentioning it!
You can actually customize this. Hit me via email (you have it methinks).
