How to create multi step forms using javascript ?

Hi

Please help me regarding this issue I am facing.

I need to create 3 steps in a form, with a progress bar on top.

Leaving aside the progress bar for the moment, have you tried using Visibility Rules?  You can configure visibility dependencies between fields using VRs. So Field 2 will appear when Field 1 is non-empty, etc.

I have not tried it yet but : I want to display another part of a form after clicking on a submit button.

the first submit button would not send the data collected yet. It would be a next one.

I will try VRs, but do know how to do this ?

Regarding the progress bar, you can see that I implemented it in the answer to Two Part Form Submittal.
