We need to allow for multiple lead records that use the same email address. In our case, a single person could have multiple lead records - we need these unique records instead of updating a single record.
I've been told by support that de-duping cannot be disabled. Have others found a way around this?
Thanks Josh. I tried a search and went through 20 pages of discussions but wasn't able to find a discussion about purposeful duplicates. Could there be another way to find the related discussion(s)?
