Scoring is archived every 6 months or so but I'm not sure how this works. Does anyone know where I can gain access to the archived data?

To have access to the data beyond the time frame i believe you can call support and they will be able to change that for you.
Do I need to contact support for each record? Or can we have access to all archived records?
all, you can opt out of archiving. you may want to move to Orion first.
