How long for SFDC field to appear as an option under Field Management in Marketo?
I have added 2 custom fields in SFDC for Campaign ID and Status.
I did check and maybe this has been asked (probably) but I could not locate.
Must I wait for a sync and if so, how long?
Or, am I able to trigger this, myself?

I generally find the fields appear within the next sync interval -- in other words, within 5 minutes or however long you have it set for.
However, just wanted to clarify what object you have these fields set up on?
Marketo will not sync custom fields on the campaign object.
If you put them on Lead, Account, and Contact AND exposed them to the Marketo User, yes 5 mins.
I suspect you did not update your marketo user or there is a problem with the field.
