How do we stop these SPAM leads from registering to our campaign?

We got about more than 50k of these since last week.  The Marketo registration form was already been removed from our website. Our IT guy is now working on adding a recaptcha in our Marketo forms. But is there a way from blocking these from coming in? Like a flow or a rule?

Original source type is Web form fillout.

Re: How do we stop these SPAM leads from registering to our campaign?

reCAPTCHA will tell whether the lead was created by a human or bot, but it doesn't — can't — stop the form submission itself.

So you can't stop the leads from existing at least for a moment. And though you can delete them immediately on a failed reCAPTCHA verification webhook, a better bet is to promptly quarantine them in a static list and clean that list out with a batch.
