We are facing a weird issue with GoToWebinar: the connection fails with an erro 403.
Following a couple of posts from the community, we have tried to re-log in to GTW, to no avail. a pop-up window opens with some error messages, but it's too quick to be able to read the error messages.
We have tried to recreate a new connection, but the result is the same.
GTW documentation says that there will be some change in the API base URL: Important Account Updates. Normally, the deadline is supposed to be Dec 2017, but could this be the issue ?
Has any one else had the same issue?

We are locked out from support, and this is being fixed, but in the meanwhile, asking the community made sense to me

We had a very similar issue, the error message popped up a closed very quickly. I actually switched from using Chrome to using Firefox and it let the error message stay open. I re-signed in and everything started working properly.

Thanks, but the error windows won't stay open on FF neither...
