German Umlaut in "From Name"

Hi all,

we're trying to send on behalf of the sales rep, and the sales rep has an Umlaut in their name. That doesn't seem to work in the "From Name" of the email. Anything I can do to make that work?

Hey,

try unchecking "HTML Encode Tokens in Emails"  in the field settings.
