Full name Field is concatenating Last name as well.

Hi , 

We are using Mitsubishi instance, and we have seen an issue where in the Full name field is automatically concatenating Last name field.

Ideally it should already have First name + last name and shouldn't concatenate extra last name field.

Any issue like this reported before and how can this be fixed?

Names don't only have 2 parts. How could it possibly know the person's name isn't the Full Name shown here?
