Export/copy existing marketo campaigns into another marketo instance?

We would like to replicate our marketo campaigns from one instance into another existiing instance of marketo for another business unit...is this possible? If not, what's the second best option?

It is, but usually requires you have the same fields in both instances.

Get both accountstrings in Admin > LP

Then ask Support to connect the instances so you can import programs/libraries. Given them the two admin account usernames to use.

They will connect your instances together.

To add to what Josh said, we can. The caveat is that any fields used by the program being imported, or being used by any of the assets inside of it, need to exist with the exact same names in both instances.
