Hi,
I noticed that last 2 emails we are seeing a low deliverability rate and almost half of them are being soft bounced or in "pending" status when I looked at the email performance report.
I have not seen this for previous emails but in the last 2 drops noticed it.
Can you guide me on what can be done for this and how to overcome it and getting a better email deliverability for the next campaigns?
Thanks,
Lopa
With a downturn that severe the reason is almost always at the raw SMTP level, or sometimes because of a Velocity token error.
Look at the details of the Soft Bounces. Bet you'll find you set the sender to a domain that doesn't exist or that can't receive mail, something along those lines.
I checked randomly a couple of them and noticed this :
554 5.4.7 [internal] (last transfail: 421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 192.28.157.58 temporarily deferred due to unexpected volume or user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://postmaster.verizonmedia.com/error-codes)

So what should I do now? Shall I stop sending to these who soft bounced? Or what is the best practise?
