Since the email suspended field isn't unchecked automatically I was going to create a smart campaign to uncheck them if they met certian criteria but email suspended doesn't show up as an option in the 'change data value' attribute field. I can see it just fine in the "if" condition selection and in the smart campaigns but not in th flow attributes. (nothing in blocked for this field)
Hi Shannan, there's also this idea which would rename email suspended to email was suspended so that it's clearer for people who don't live and breathe Marketo to understand that they aren't currently suspended.
Thank you anyway. I know that they are available after 24 hours and that I could check the timestamp everytime they come up, but that is a really un-sustainable practice and exactly what I was trying to avoid. It just isn't practical for me or our team. It is also incredibly confusing to users who don't live and breathe the platform.
NOTE: To find whether a lead is currently blocked from mailings, check the email suspended at timestamp. If this time is greater than 24 hours ago, the lead is available for mailing, even though the record will still show email suspended is true.
