Thanks Josh & Dory & Adam.

Issue was email address was not created in the Lead Database. Manually created it on Lead Database and now he can recevie emails.

Please look up that email address in Lead Database. Look for the Unsubscribe, Email Invalid, Suspended, or Black Listed flags. If any are TRUE, then marketo will NOT send that person any email.

If the lead has requested the email, then you can turn off the blocking email.
 

it's also possible the email was misspelled in the database.

Is sscott@soasta.com a record in your lead database? They need to be a record in your lead database in order for Marketo to mail to them. Also, are they listed as marketing suspended, email invalid, or unsubscribed? Can you look in their activity log or the results tab of a specific email campaign to see why they weren't sent the email?

This is no message, just Marketo is not sending email to that email address.
