We have contacts in our database with emails that are incorrect and then cause a hard bounce. Once this happens the "Email Invalid' field in marketo is checked as TRUE.
Our customer service team then contacts contact and updates the email address in the database. However the "Email Invalid' field in marketo remains checked as TRUE. Is there a way that once a email address is updated in database the "Email Invalid' field in marketo is automatically checked as FALSE?

Someone just asked this yesterday. Answer is here: Email Invalid Flag & Creating a Smart Campaign to Update It
"there is no out-of-the-box smart campaign to uncheck email invalid if the email address is updated. So what you have here will work. I would make sure you adjust the qualification rules to make sure that leads can flow through every time and in the smart list, make sure you only include leads that are currently email invalid, so not all leads run through unnecessarily."
Q should be in Products. "Central" is for general marketing topics.
A is to trigger a Smart Campaign on Data Value Changes, like you would with any dependent value.
Thank you
