Easy viewing of send time

Is there a way to quickly see the time a campaign completed WITHOUT having to download the run history and open in Excel? Right now it's truncated (see screenshot) so we have to download the excel doc each time just to see the time it completed.

You are right, this is obviously a UI bug.

Worth and idea and/or a ticket to support.

Hi Nicole,

No there is not.

A workaround would be to create a lead field "complete campaign" (type datetime) and end your campaign with a change data value that set that field to the {{system.dateTime}} value, then look at the members and sort them with that Complete Campaign field.

Shouldn't that appear on the Last Run on the Campaign Summary tab?

Hi Josh,

Last run gives you the time it started for the last time, not the time it ended, I think.

It's truncated in both places. On the campaign summary tab under "last run" it says "November 4, 2..." and on the run history tab. Seems like a simple product fix.

In fact when dates are a little too long, they are truncated, but still, it only gives the start date. See here :

Gotcha, so to rephrase, is there any way to just easily see the campaign START time without downloading as an excel file? Seems weird that it's presented as "..."
