Using Sales Insight to Document Emails Sent

I'm trying to figure out the easiest way to share with my sales team 1) when an email is sent via Marketo to a lead/contact and 2) what content was included in the email. Ideally this would be an exact carbon copy of the email sent from Marketo.

I've tried using the "Email" tab in Sales Insight to accomplish this, but unfortunately the email links are similar to the preview functionality in Marketo and any tokens used are blank. Since my emails rely heavily on tokens, this solution won't give the sales team the insight they're looking for.

Here's an example of the test email I sent myself and accessed through Sales Insight.

Has anyone else experienced a similar challenge? Any ideas for a work around?

Unfortunately, I do not see how we could capture for each lead the exact version of the email, including token values resolved, and make it available to the sales.

Your request is very valid, though, and if you log an idea about it, I'll vote for it.
