Do accounts listed in Marketo without email address count towards the subscription number?

We have accounts in Marketo without email addresses -- do those count towards the subscription number? Or, does a lead need to have an email address for it to count?

Seconding Josh and Sandy here.. Any record where there is any method of contact (address, phone, email) will be counted towards your total.

yep. Definitely should delete such leads unless you need them for some reason.
