Re: Discrepancy in Grand Total column total?

I was wondering if anyone else using RCE sees a discrepancy in the Grand Total of Unique clicks?

When I run a Subtotal formula in an excel export of my RCE Email Performance by Name report, I am getting different values.

Please see screenshot and formula.

As an FYI, I have no filters currently enabled on this spreadsheet!

Is this potentially Marketo telling me that people had unique clicks across emails?  That does not make sense to me as the Grand Total should be a sum of all clicks.

Could it be possible that some values changed in your spreadsheet, maybe incidentally?

The "Grand Total" when exported is no longer a formula, just a static value.  I would check to see that the actual values for the ~70 rows match up to what's in RCE in the Unique Clicks column.

Can you give a screenshot of your report in RCE?

So I think what's happening here is that RCE is aware of the dataset and is aggregating based on the number of leads which have had a click, while excel isn't aware and it's just summing.  I'm not 100% on the specific behavior of that column in RCE, though.

Kenny Elkington,

I'd be happy to schedule some time next week to run through this with you.

Please let me know and I can provide some options so we can review!

It's the same as the export, just with the filters exposed, but here you go.

Thanks!
