Hi There has any one seen this before:

The flow step says 'Before'

Within the token its 'plus'

pastedImage_1.png

Im quite concerned about this. It intent is to be after the date.

If anyone can please wade in, it would be much appreciated, it would have severe negative consequences if it was sent before and not after.

Ugh. Same prob if you create a new Wait step with the same parameters? (Don't delete the old one so you can show it to support.)

I have tried it across the entire instance and it appears to be systemic.

I'd be going to Support ASAP. I don't see it in my primary instance but who knows when it could be introduced.

I have, they advised that there are some other serious issues at the moment and they will be able to look at this in a couple of hours. They dont consider this a tier 1 issue, although I would beg otherwise. This has the potential to seriously affect revenue.

I agree. Though if other issues are so serious that they can't get mail out anyway...

I have done some testing to see if the flow is actually affected by this. I can confirm it is.

The campaign is sending the email before not after as it should.
