Melissa, your social sharing doesn't seem to be setup using hard coded links on the webpage side, is there a reason you went down the route of building it yourself rather than using AddThis, it has built in Dashboards and better analytics than something custom built.
If you have the actual urls that are being populated on each page, you can create a Smart List and add a filter of Clicked Link on Web Page, you may need to add a Web Page constraint too, that will report all Leads that click that link.
