Date Field Constraints

I have a Visited Web Page filter on a Smart List, and then selected a Date Constraint. I want to also be able to select a timeframe within the Exact Date to see who visited the web page from 10:45 am to 11:15 on a given date. I can't find an additional constraint that would allow me to do this. Any ideas? Or is this just not possible?

You can do past 30 minutes, but not a time frame like that in hours. Why not do Is on a certain date and then see which leads were updated or created around that time?
