Creating visibility on multiple connected Dynamics accounts

Hi all,

I am working with a customer to set up a native sync with their Dynamics CRM. In Dynamics, they are using connections to establish a link between Contacts and multiple Account records. Of course the native sync takes the Primary account the person is linked to as the Account record. However, the customer would like to create visibility in Marketo on the connection with the other accounts as well.

I see different options for doing this, but what would you consider best practice for creating this visibility?
