Does anybody know why the Marketo LP Editor tells me that I need Conversational Flows...
... although Conversational Flows are obviously set up in my instance?

Well, I am not 100% sure, but could it be the case where you might have exhausted your allotted 100 Conversational Flows and Live Chats if you are on the Dynamic Chat Select package (the one that comes free of cost bundled for Marketo users)? When this limit is reached, all published Conversational Flows will stop triggering, and visitors who request to chat with a live agent will receive the global fallback message (possibly this message also pops up on the LP editor/Marketo user side asking them to reach to Account Manager for an upgrade to the Prime package?)
Thanks for the idea, Darshil, but I don't believe any of this is the reason. We only have 5 Conversational Flows set up - as we're just starting - and we have the Prime Package.
