Connecting social accounts to lead/contact records

Anyone out there having any success with connecting social accounts with lead/contact records? It seems most of the primary platforms are no longer sharing data so connecting does not appear possible. If you are able to do it, care to share how you made it happen? Thanks.

SFDC can pull in things using existing modules and you can pull in data with a url matching algorithm.

Several data appending tools do this as well within SFDC.

Socedo’s automated tool will enable you to enter keywords, hashtags, or Twitter handles of industry influencers into our platform and subsequently engage with the people who follow them.
