We have just set our communication limits for clients to receive 1 email per day 5 per week.
What happens if we send 2 emails to the same person per day? Will Marketo send an email the following day? How can we ensure that our clients receive important emails? Is there a way to track it?
Whats the best practice here? What do you do?

Communication Limits, when in effect, never roll over emails to another day — they only suppress them.
Marking emails as Operational means they won’t count toward CLs.
