We are currently working on creating a drip campaign for our Sales team to use to get in touch with new signups. I have a question about the last step of our campaign. This last step entails one last email from Sales to our new signups, to gauge their interest in our product. New signups will only receive this email if they haven't made contact with our Sales team yet.
We would like the email to give signups the opportunity to do the following:
*If they are no longer interested in our product, let us know.
*If they are still interested, but are too busy, indicate so and we will get back to them in the near term.
*If they are interested, setup a demo time with our Sales team.
These three opporutunites will link to their corresponding text in the email. If they are no longer interested, we want to remove them from the flow. They will indicate that they are no longer interested by clicking that link. Can we set it up in Marketo so that clicking linked text in the email removes them from the flow? They would be taken to a landing page if they click that link, indicating that we are sorry to see them go but hope they will remember our product in the future.
Is it possible to set up this smart campaign so that just clicking a link removes them from the flow? Another way would be arriving on the landing page (which they get to by clicking that link) would remove them from the flow.
Thanks in advance!
Andrea
