Is anyone else having issues with this character appearing in their lead records: �. It seems that Marketo isn't recongizing accent marks in a leads first name/last name/company name/etc. and replacing it with a � character.
Kristen, it could be that you are uploading lists with international characters as "CSV", in which case this is what happens. I'd upload as "tab-delimited unicode text". For our forms, we have tested and it takes the international input just fine.
