This particular question actually says "From" however, not To/CC.

Meanwhile, if you do use this new CC option, say g'bye to Open and Click tracking for good (the latter was already on its last legs, of course).

Also regarding BCC: BCC Options

But the BCC option should mostly be used if you are looking to keep every email for auditing purposes and I think you can only specify one email address globally

No.

While the original SMTP standard does support multiple From: addresses, no modern mail client will send to 2 addresses in a reply.

You can (and should) create a list alias if you want replies to be distributed to multiple people. This gets handled on your mail server.

Unfortunately within Marketo there is no way to CC or BCC other email recipients.
