We have a client that has (2) WebEx accounts - Will there be any problems associated with having 2 accounts? Can you turn them on and off? Thanks in advance. I thought from doing my research that once you create an event program, you select which Webex event you are associating that program with, so wouldn’t you be able to select from account 1 or account 2?
We have 2 WebEx accounts in our one Marketo instance and it works ok, when in Event Settings, it will prompt you what Login you want to use:
We don't have any issue with it and data flows as expected.
Hey Rob, yes, you can have multiple WebEx accounts or logins connected to a single Marketo instance. You will just need to select which account you're going to be using when you create events.
