I am attempting to build a sales lead nurture pipeline for our telephone sales team. I will be receiving lists of new leads that have called us for a quote each day, import them into Marketo, and they will automatically be added to a drip campaign that sends an email, waits a couple of days, sends another email, and so forth. After 6 days in this campaign, I want the sales reps to get a "send alert" that tells them to call and follow up with the lead.
Unfortunately, we can't figure out how to add the data to the "Lead Owner" or the "Account Owner" because they appear to be Salesforce-only fields. Is that true? Are there any work-arounds?
Thank you so much!

I could not find it either. I am checking with my colleagues on this one
Yes, these are system managed for CRMs only.
Why not just create your own owner fields and use those instead?
Yes, once you have a custom field, you can then use the token {{lead.Marketo Owner Token}} in the To OTher box. But this only works on TRIGGERS.
Josh Hill - I will try this! We have a field called "tsalesEmail" and I will try to put that into the "other" field. Does that mean I choose "None" here?
You would reference the custom owner token in other recipients I believe
Yes, I understand. Do I choose "None" in the first field though?
Yes, None.
You can actually do both, but in your case, None.
And when you say it only works on triggers, why is that? The smart campaign is triggered with 2 filters, and the flow is a 20 day drip campaign. Is that going to work?
Is the campaign a Trigger with the Orange?
It's in the docs and I've seen it fail to populate the token on batch flows. I don't know why.
