Can I customize the Unsubscribe Web Page?

Hello guys,

Can anyone help me with an answer for this question?

When the unsubscribe button from my emails' disclaimer is clicked, the customer is redirected towards the Unsubscribe Page with the complete email form and the unsubscribe button. Can i customize that page and the message displayed at the form's submit?

Hi ionut harcau,

As Devraj mentioned you can adjust the Unsubscribe from the Admin > Email Settings. Before you do that make sure you have a landing page and form created with the URL you indicate.

You can also look into building a Subscription Center where people can get to choose what relevant content they want to receive.

Of course. Just search your instance for the system unsubscribe landing page. Then you can edit it all you want. You can also edit the unsubscribe footer by going to Admin > Email settings.
