Campaign Name Tokens

We use email alerts to let certain team members know when a lead downloads content or does something specific on the website. These alerts are primarily a list of tokens providing information about the lead (name, email, referrer, etc.).

The problem I'm having is with the Campaign Name token. When I use this token, the field gives me the Program Name.Campaign Name, instead of just the Campaign Name (so: Customer Portal Downloads.100 Tips eBook instead of just 100 Tips eBook).

Is there a token I can use to just have the Campagin Name show up, without the Program Name?

Re: Campaign Name Tokens

Not that I'm aware of. The name that you are seeing is the actual name of the Campaign, because it's always prepended by the Program name.

Re: Campaign Name Tokens

Interesting. There doesn't seem to be a way to have the program name by itself either, just acquisition program name. Weird that those two show up together, but can't show up separately.

Re: Campaign Name Tokens

I am having the same problem.  All I see is a token for the acquisition program.  Did you ever find the token for just the program name?  I can use that.  Do not need to go any lower for now.

Re: Campaign Name Tokens

No, unfortunately I didn't. I was able to find the campaign token when the campaign wasn't part of a program (and was just in a campaign folder), so I've been using that as a workaround for that piece. If I come across anything I'll let you know.

Re: Campaign Name Tokens

Oh wait, one thing we do is make the Program Name a My Token for the program. Then you might be able to use it the way you'd like. It's a little annoying because you have to set it up at the beginning and you won't be able to use it outside the program, but it might help depending on your situation.
