We are migrating from our current marketing automation tool to Marketo and were wondering what the best way to migrate the old engagement score into Marketo.
Is it better to zero out the score or push the old data into Marketo and incrementally add the new engagement score?
Depends what the model was and if you can rebuild it in Marketo. If you can take the current Lead Score, you can remap it, or upload it to Marketo's Lead Score very easily.
