We have an integration with BrightTalk for our webinars,
Am trying to find a way to fix the discrepancies between the company size values coming From Brightalk to the ones in our system.
I spoke to BT and they have no way to change the values they send, is there a way to change the values without sending every lead to a campaign to update to the correct value in our system?

Yes, if there's a difference in the values accepted by the fields on the BrightTALK form and the ones in your Marketo DB, you'd need to setup normalization campaigns/set up in Marketo only. Why don't you use Marketo forms to drive the registrations instead? This way you could accept the data in the desired format directly from the registrant itself.

Depending on the CRM integration you have in place, you could consider blocking the field from being updated by the API. That is of course only if there is not another API source where you would receive the information from.
But Darshil's question is a valid one, you could consider running your entire invitation and registration process through Marketo.
