Asking for Business Emails in Forms

Does anyone ask specifically for business emails in their forms?  If so, have you seen any negative response from doing so?

We specifically ask for business emails. It doesn't guarantee a business email result (as Michelle noted above) but it doesn't hurt either, certainly haven't had a negative response that we can document.

I specifically ask for business emails but I still get their personal emails. I wish there's a way you can prevent them from entering anything but their business email only.
