Can you create custom form fields?

Hi, we are trying to creat a form with custome fields based on products our prospects may be interested in. Can we do this? If so, how can we do this?

All Lead fields are eligible to be placed on a form. As Jenna says, go to the Field Management portion of the Admin section. Select "New Custom Field", and follow the prompt. One you have created the field, it will not be eligible to be placed on the form. You can modify the field to be a picklist, or checkbox, or whatever from the Form designer.

Yes, you can create custom fields. This can be done under ADMIN -> FIELD MANAGEMENT.
